This tired bungalow needed improvement both internally and externally. The original layout of the building was inefficient. A large conservatory which, provided a covered link between the main house and a utility room and office, was no longer fit for purpose. The conservatory was demolished, and a new infill extension was created to form a large open living kitchen which led out to a large external terrace to the rear.
