In 2021 DBA secured planning and building regulations approval for the design of a new detached outbuilding within the curtilage of Brookfield Barn in Forton, Lancashire. The building incorporates a large, detached garage at ground floor level and a hobby space at first floor level. The garage was constructed in timber frame construction and incorporates high levels of insulation with integrated photovoltaic panels into the roof.
