Dan helped me create both Architectural working drawings and Building Regs drawings for a 4 bed detached home and annexe in Lancashire, as well as submitting everything required to the local planning portal for planning permissions, Dan even took the time to liaise with the local planning officer on several occasions to ensure our plans moved forward successfully.
